Your first visit begins with a thorough consultation and clinical evaluation of your history, your goals, and your lifestyle. Imaging and functional assessments give us a clear picture before we begin.
A personalized care plan with realistic milestones. You'll know where you stand, what we're working toward, and why.
Every session is intentional. We use hands-on and instrument techniques, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education to support your body's ability to heal and maintain its corrections over time.
Your health doesn't pause between visits. We provide exercises, lifestyle tools, and guidance to help you maintain progress and build on it over time.
Meet the Team
Co-Founder
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Brett Anderson earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Georgia Regents University (now Augusta University) before completing his doctorate in chiropractic at Life University College of Chiropractic in Atlanta. He is working toward his CCAO and CCEP certifications and holds certifications in FMT and IASTM. His expertise includes Atlas Orthogonal, Gonstead, Thompson, Activator Methods, and extraspinal extremity adjustments including TMJs, arms, legs, and feet, with additional focus on kinesiology exercises and physical therapy modalities to customize care for each patient. He has a particular passion for educating expectant mothers on how chiropractic can help prepare the body for labor and delivery.
Originally from Evans, Georgia, Dr. Anderson grew up an athlete — competing in baseball, football, wrestling, and lacrosse — and played saxophone in both concert band and marching band. That background gave him a deeply intuitive understanding of how the body moves, compensates, and heals. Before chiropractic, he spent years in the food service industry where he discovered a genuine love for people and learned how to make anyone feel at ease.
Outside the clinic you'll find him on a trail, on two wheels, on the water, or behind a smoker watching the Braves. He tells dad jokes without apology and will stop mid-conversation to name who's singing. You'll hear his contagious laugh from down the hall and you're welcome to tell him your best joke.

Dr. Sandra Dunn Anderson earned her undergraduate degree at the University of New Hampshire before completing her doctorate in chiropractic at Life University in Atlanta. She brings a wide range of expertise to The Village including Atlas Orthogonal, Activator Methods, Thompson, Modified Diversified, Cox Flexion Distraction, muscle testing, and extraspinal adjustments including extremity work on cranials, TMJs, arms, legs, and feet. She emphasizes correct posture and incorporates physical therapy modalities to tailor care to each patient's individual needs.
She is working toward her CCAO and CCEP certifications and holds certifications in FMT and IASTM. She has a particular focus on caring for special populations and neurodiverse individuals, and she enjoys complex, whole-person cases that call for a thoughtful, individualized approach.
Originally from New Hampshire, the daughter of a career military man (paratrooper, Green Beret, and service lifer) and a first-generation Korean immigrant, she came south for chiropractic school, met Dr. Anderson, and made the CSRA home. A self-described gear head, whether it's a motorcycle, a four wheeler, or a fast car with a stick shift, if it has an engine she's interested. She has a background in electronics and communications technology and often sees the human body the way an engineer sees a circuit board — every connection matters. She chases spontaneous road trips and the nearest beach, and will be the first to ask if a stranger needs help.

Our youngest team member is responsible for quality control in the toy area, spontaneous smiles, and reminding us why family-centered care matters.
Our Community
The Village isn't just a name, it's a reflection of how we practice. Dr. Brett grew up in this area, and Dr. Sandra found her home here after the two met at in school. Together they returned to the CSRA to build their careers and their family, caring for the people of the Central Savannah River Area. These are the people they see every day, in the places they love, in the community they call home.

Coverage
We are actively pursuing insurance credentialing and plan to be in network with major insurance plans. Until then, we are happy to see patients on an out of network basis. We will also serve veterans through the VA Community Care Network. Contact us for the most current information on accepted insurances.
